Even before the unprecedented worldwide disruption to children’s education in 2020, at Kip, we believe in the little and often principle. We have encouraged our students to attend their weekly session and to engage with the homework they’re given to reinforce the learning from their lesson.
As we move into 2021, we believe this principle is even more important. As a Parent of a Kip student, you have always been in control of their journey. This is highlighted more strongly today; as a Parent, you know what works best for your child.
Throughout the school closures in 2020 and 2021 we at Kip have been delighted to be able to offer a consistent learning program to our students. When the Centre has been forcibly closed, our students have continued to progress academically via our Kip Online platform. This is a real-time, teacher-led lesson using only Kip bespoke technology. This platform has been a game-changer and continues to give Parents the choice as to which method of learning they feel most comfortable with.
Students have come into the Centre (when allowed), learnt from home via Kip Online and even adopted a blended approach using both methods when circumstances dictate. Our Kip Online lessons continue into the future, with the same teacher, day and time as In Centre lessons. We believe this puts you, as a Parent, firmly in control of your child’s education.
