During Summer 2020 Kip McGrath were approached by DDAT, a local faith based Primary Schools Academy Trust, to provide catch up tuition to schools within their county wide schools. Very quickly, Kip McGrath set up a programme of individual English and Maths tuition across 12 schools and 150 students to fill academic gaps. The programme was coordinated by Kip McGrath Derby South on behalf of 6 other Derbyshire based Kip Centres. Information was quickly collated via school regarding student weaknesses, lesson plans were created and for 10 weeks over the School Summer Holiday and into the start of the Autumn Term lessons were delivered In Centre and Online to give Parents a choice.
Overall, when looking at the results, students made more than 9 months worth of academic progress in the 10 weeks of lessons. An outstanding achievement.
